Industry cleaning is typically done with spray washers, hand washing, and chemicals. These processes are both costly and time-consuming, not to mention that they do not always work. From restaurants to auto shops to tattoo shops and everything in between, it is vital that the equipment be appropriately cleaned to ensure maximum output. There is one other factor… the cost of chemicals and the danger they pose to the environment.
Typical Cleaning
Long soak times are required for some industries before the cleaning process ever begins. This is often done with powerful chemicals to penetrate and remove the toughest grime on the parts. These chemicals are not only expensive, but they are also very dangerous to both people and the environment. They usually have restrictions on how they can be stored and disposed of. Often, you are spending money to throw something away, which is utterly ridiculous in industries that already have very low profit margins.
When the soak is done, the equipment is usually sprayed off, then run through a spray washer or cleaned with a power washer. Again, these are all very time-consuming tasks that require an employee to be present at all times. What would you say if we told you that you could all that labor, those long soak times, and the costs of disposing of chemical cleaners?
Welcome to Ultrasonic Cleaning…
Ultrasonic cleaning is unlike you anything you have ever used before. Rather than relying on jet washers, our system uses a combination of heat, a water-based cleaning agent, and ultrasonic waves. These waves create miniscule bubbles that penetrate every crack and crevice of the equipment, bursting when they come into contact with the surface, allowing the cleaning agent to deep clean every surface.
This process takes minutes rather than hours or sometimes even days (for those of you used to long-soaking equipment before the final wash). This means your equipment is back in the rotation much quicker, and just as important, your staff is not tied up doing endless cleaning. Once the parts are loaded into the tank, they can go about their business until it is time to remove them.
For those of you that are environmentally conscious, you should also know that you do not need to “dispose” of our cleaning agents the way you may be required to when using dangerous chemicals in the cleaning process. This can also save you on training costs, as some chemicals require specific training and possibly even certifications for staff to be able to handle them.
Regardless of your industry, there is an ultrasonic cleaning solution to your cleaning woes. We have an abundance of “stock” tanks available, but we can also custom-build a tank if our current tanks are not suited for the job. Our team of experts will also work with you to ensure you have the proper cleaning agents for the job as well as the ideal settings for the ultrasonic cleaner to ensure your different parts and equipment are cleaning properly.
