Omegasonics has Just Announced Their Restoration Pro® 5224
Simi Valley, CA — Omegasonics has just announced their Restoration Pro® 5224. The largest standard ultrasonic restoration unit in our line combines a 52″ tank length with a larger working width of 24″. This new product supersedes the previous Fire Pro 5200. The unit is portable for on-site restoration work but is best used in the Omegasonics Assembly Line processing package. The Omega Restoration Pro® 5224 includes all stainless steel plumbing and a stainless steel counter top work area. The increased width accommodates a more diverse cross section of content including television sets, larger statues, electronic control panels and more.
What this Means for Restoration Contractors
Increase profitability by 500% over hand cleaning – The Restoration Pro® 5224 is designed for the most efficient use in the Omegasonics Assembly Line cleaning process which can increase work flow on general contents from one(1) box per hour to as many as twelve(12) boxes per hour. Although cost savings will vary from user to user, a number of disaster restoration contractors have paid for the equipment on one(1) job alone.
Special features maximize cleaning efficiency – Using a combination of unique design features, the Omega Restoration Pro® 5224 is safe and economical to operate. Fully insulated tank bodies with digitally controlled, non-immersion, silicone blanket heaters provide accurate tank heating with no exposed heating elements that can harm employees. Self-contained generators are enclosed and fully protected for safety from damage and abuse.
The most standard benefits in the industry – An External Power Adjust provides precise ultrasonic control to protect delicate surfaces such as crystal and fine china with gold in-lay borders housed behind a protective access door. The Digital Timer allows for exact cleaning times to protect delicate items from extended exposure to ultrasound. A new Low Liquid Level Sensor protects heat elements from accidental damage due to operator neglect.
More optional features – Optional features include a dual stage filtration system to filter out even mold spores and gray water contamination to as fine as one(1) micron. The filtration package includes a triggered spray gun for additional rinsing capability. Unique indirect cleaning tanks allow restoration contractors to clean smoke damaged items and water damaged content at the same time even with multiple chemistries.
