AUDIENCE: Woodworking Industry
Omegasonics is introducing the Omega Saw Pro, an ultrasonic cleaning system designed specifically for the woodworking industry.
Simi Valley, Calif. May 13, 2007 — Omegasonics, the west coast’s leading manufacturer of ultrasonic cleaning systems, introduces the Omega Saw Pro, an ultrasonic cleaning system designed specifically for the woodworking industry.
These new washers clean pitch, dirt and wood chips from saw blade tips and surfaces without soaking overnight in caustic sodas that are a hazard to employee personnel. The Omega Saw Pro is also excellent for cleaning ball bearings, router bits and shape cutters. All Omega Systems are compact, portable, heated and have an easy to operate illuminated control panel with digital temperature control and digital time control of the ultrasound. Maintenance is extremely simple with all critical components “plug-n-play” and tech support located in North America.
The Omega Saw Pro offers a standard tank size of 18″ length x 18″ width x 18″ 20″ overall depth and 2000 watts peak ultrasound. Custom sizes are also available along with a variety of Omegasonics options.
“Our Omega® Pro Series has been well-received by a broad range of industrial users,” said Frank Pedeflous of Omegasonics. “Customer feedback from the saw blade industry has been tremendous. Clients have reduced the cleaning process from a 3 hour process to five (5) minutes and with much better results.”
